My name is Bryan, and I am the owner of Coastal Flooring & Carpentry, a locally owned and operated company specializing in high-quality flooring and carpentry services. With over a decade of experience in the flooring industry since 2012, I have honed my expertise alongside a highly skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Our primary focus is the installation of hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and various other wood flooring options. In addition to flooring, we offer a wide range of carpentry services, including but not limited to:

Our experience extends to high-end new construction projects, having worked in multi-million-dollar homes across premier communities such as Alys Beach, Santa Rosa, Rosemary Beach, Sweet Bay, Breakfast Point, Wild Heron, 30A, Seagrove, NatureWalk, Margaritaville Beachfront, and more. We proudly serve Bay, Washington, Holmes, Jackson, Walton, and Gulf Counties, as well as surrounding areas. Additionally, we are fully cleared to work on military bases.

    We do not do any rolled carpet or tile as they require an entirely different set of tools, but we do installation carpet tiles! This is a great option for commercial or high traffic zones.

    Yes. All of our estimates are free and valid for 30 days. They are sent in an electronic format, and they are easy to review and "approve". Once the estimate is approved you will be contacted to schedule.

    Yes, it is possible that your estimate may need to be adjusted once work begins if issues are uncovered, though we will never proceed with extra work until you are contacted and approval is received.

    This applies mostly to flooring projects. Issues commonly found when floor covering is removed is rotten sub floor, extra layers of flooring, un-level sub floor,  etc. 

    Every project is different so it depends, but we pride ourselves on working efficiently without sacrificing quality. You do not have to worry about your home being torn about for weeks. Upon assessment of your project, we will give you an accurate estimate of timeline.

    We serve many counties here in the Florida Panhandle.

    Yes. We do not sell floor covering, but I can help you choose the right product. We do offer delivery services from local manufacturers of the products you choose.

    No. We do not offer any refinishing options right now, but we are happy to recommend other local professionals that do.

    I offer a 1 year installation warranty on non-commercial projects.

    Most of the time, yes. I will take a sample of your product and do my best to find it. Sometimes a product is discontinued, especially floor covering, but a lot of times I can find a matching option.

    No. Payment must be paid in full once the project is completed. 

    No. There is no deposit required. If you are custom ordering floor covering, you do have to order it directly through the store/manufacturer you are getting it from. General materials necessary for the job will be included in your service estimate, but we do not order or buy floor covering.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, ACH transfer, and ApplePay! Easily pay online and in person via QR Code/text link. We also accept cash or checks!
